Isabel Marques is a sociologist and trainer in the area of personal development,
with large experience in organizing special events. She also has a vast experience in company´s staff training.
In a renovated family property, Isabel with her brother Pedro Carrolo created MEIO,
a training center with accommodation to provide an ideal place for learning, leisure and immersive cultural experiences .
Isabel is MEIO Director. She will take care so your training experience will be unforgettable.
Sónia Rebocho holds a superior university Degree in Social Politics, a post-graduation in Intercultural Mediation and Planning
and worked for several years in the area of immigrant integration at local authorities.
She colaborates with Meio at the area of mediation training.
Nuno Luz is passion about Education and is always reflecting on the role and impacts of Technology on Education.
He holds a Degree in Systems Engineering and Computer Science. Nuno is a specialist in IT consultant, software design
and also in networking administration.
He collaborates with MEIO as a consultant in the are of ICT and training.
Carla Resende is an IEFP certified trainer. Carla holds the Expert certificate in Body Language and Facial MicroExpressions,
by InBodyLanguage Institute, holds a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, by InPNL Institute and holds the
In-Depth and Facilitating Certificate, from Osho Campus in Pune, Índia, to facilitate Osho Active Meditations.
She also holds a Certification to facilitate Meditation for Kids, recognized by Yoga Alliance.
Carla has made her professional life in several multinational companies as Finance Manager.
Post-graduated in finance, for more than 25 years she developed and managed different teams in multicultural environments.
Her passion for self-development as a way to better understand the others and to improve interpersonal skills,
drove her to additional trainings and certifications in different areas of life, where she feels in purpose by helping others in their own self development.
She collaborates with Meio in the area of self-development and interpersonal skills training.
